Technology Fits LLC is the independent technology consulting business of Michael V. Pavuk. Founded in 2010, it serves professionals and small businesses who want someone to handle the tech side of their work.

The business grew from the Macintosh IT support Michael started with in 1996, into building and managing websites, local marketing, and point of sale for clients in the Lehigh Valley and beyond. The approach has stayed the same the whole time: practical, hands-on technology, explained plainly. Today that includes working with AI and Claude Code, with care for privacy and a clear sense of what actually helps.

Background

A long road

  • 1996

    Began consulting in Philadelphia with websites and Macintosh IT support, then in San Francisco for advertising agencies, filmmakers, and post-production houses.

  • 1999

    Joined Mann Consulting as an on-site IT consultant at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners.

  • 2006

    Became Head of Technology for Lloyd & Co, a fashion advertising agency in New York City.

  • 2010

    Founded Technology Fits LLC and spent the first year building the IT infrastructure for Goodby, Silverstein & Partners' new Detroit agency for the GM and Chevrolet account.

  • 2011

    Began providing website development, maintenance, and management services to local businesses.

  • 2012

    Launched Harbortouch Lehigh Valley, adding restaurant and retail point of sale and merchant services to the business.

  • 2016

    Featured on the cover of Business Solutions Magazine for a customer centric approach to technology consulting and merchant services.

  • 2018

    Sold the Harbortouch Lehigh Valley merchant portfolio to Shift4 Payments.

  • 2019

    Expanded into local digital marketing for small businesses.

  • 2024

    Launched SolidPath AI, the DBA for new AI-forward projects.

  • Today

    Continuing as an independent technology consultant, helping professionals and small businesses integrate AI into their work in ways that add real value.
